Congratulations to our first Cooee Players of the Match for 2023!
Lucy brown received the first grade player of the match after a gutsy performance coming out of defence into her new role on the wing against a tough Callala side. Lucy kept up positive communication all night which earned her a well deserved first grade player of the match.
Second grade player of the match went to Jess Fabreschi who took on her new role of captain with confidence, leading her team to hold a tough opponent to a 1-0 score line which certainly could have gone the other way.
This week our first grade ladies travel south to try and take the points from Sussex while our 2nd grade team head north to take on Culburra. Good luck ladies!
