St Georges Basin Football Club is proud to host a special U16s Girls Gala Evening as part of Female Football Week. After a challenging start to the season, our Clubs worked together to rebuild and strengthen the U16s Girls competition — and this event celebrates exactly that resilience and teamwork.
The Gala brings all U16s Girls teams together for a round‑robin tournament, supported by Football NSW and Shoalhaven FC Women. It’s an evening designed to showcase our players’ talent, boost confidence, and create a fun, energetic atmosphere for families, teammates, and supporters. With football, activities, and the canteen open, it’s a chance to celebrate how far our girls — and our Clubs — have come.
Throughout the week we will be also holding females in football skills events for all ages, Our over 30’s ladies will be versing another local team and we will be inviting daughters, minis and junior girls to walk the senior women onto the field.
